Working principle The roller conveyor sends the stone products into the cleaning shotting room. The shots from the blasting wheel come out from different coordinates and densely shot on             the stone products, removing the surface adhering on the surface and bush-hammering the            surface. Roller conveyor keeps moving and send products into the blowing room, and blowed by           the blower gun. The helix conveyor sends the blowed shots, shotting rust and dust to the bottom of the           hoister, and the hoister send them to splitter for winnowing splitting. The splitted clean shots be sent to the shot-collecting backet and kept for circulated use. The           unsplitted mixings go back to the splitter for re-splitting. The dust sucked by blower to the dust collector, filtering clean air out and dust to the dust           collecting box which can be cleaned regularly.

Pulse bag dust collector collecting bag and electro-magnetic pulse valve from Taiwan. Winnowing splitter inside special design give 99% splitting rate. Pneumatic controller controls 

          shots uniform flow, avoiding too much shots destroy motor or too less shots cant work well.

Conveyor and helix power adopt Taiwan Chengbang reducer. Conveyor lifespan 2 years,

          helix lifespan 7200 hours.

PLC electrical control system. Economical shots consumption. With 3 classes full flow curtain hammer style shots

          reclaim system. The shots will be cleaned and recycled to use, reducing disposal and minimizing
